We welcome patients with Medicare and Medicaid, Denali Kid care and participate in many health care plans including, but not limited to, Vision Service Plan, Tricare, CHAMPUS, Veterans Administration and many other vision plans.
Please help us with filing your insurance for you by bringing your insurance cards to each visit. For those of you who are covered by Vision Service Plan (VSP), please inform of us of your coverage so that we may pre-authorize your visit and glasses or contacts.
